CAMMS brings together fundamental materials science of key infrastructural materials including cement and concrete, multi-scale testing and modeling, and advanced design and digital construction aspects to ensure low-carbon, long-lasting infrastructure. Our efforts related to future manufacturing of infrastructure materials is truly multidisciplinary, and involves chemists and materials scientists, civil engineers, renewable energy and integration experts, and modelers. We aim to develop and disseminate cutting-edge technologies in the sustainable infrastructure sphere through collaboration with our academic and industrial partners, disseminate them through a multitude of avenues, and train the next generation workforce in this critical area of national and global importance.
